- Only one coupon can be redeemed per customer in one transaction.

 

- The coupon can only be redeemed in-store.

 

- Once redeemed, customers will need to verify their google review and surrender the coupon to a The Smelly Cheesecake staff member.

 

- The Smelly Cheese cake coupon may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash or another voucher.

 

- When you return/exchange an item, a receipt and the refund policy will take place through The Smelly cheesecake procedure.

 

- Refund/exchange can happen, Coupon will need to be redeemed on the spot. The Smelly cheesecake won’t reissue a new coupon again.

 

- Should The Smelly Cheesecake suspect any fraud relating to the Coupon, The Smelly Cheesecake may refuse to redeem the Coupon until The Smelly cheesecake is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.

 

- Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounts and are only available on full-priced items.

 

- Coupon are not redeemable for other Coupon and/or gift cards.

 

- The Smelly Cheesecake is not liable for any lost/stolen Coupon. The Smelly cheesecake will not be reissuing any replacement Coupon.

 

- The Smelly Cheesecake reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without any notice.

 

- The Smelly Cheesecake reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at

any time.

 

- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights at law and/or under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
